MICHELLE SRIH

Founder | PsychoTherapist | Conscious Living guide

Born and raised in London with ancestral roots in India, and having spent my adult life in North America, my path has been shaped by many cultures, places, and ways of being. The more of the world I’ve experienced, the more I’ve come to understand how deeply connected we truly are.

Through travels across Egypt, Mexico, Bali, Spain, Belize, France, Turkey, India, Germany, Malaysia, Greece, Ireland, Portugal, Cuba, Italy, Kenya, Singapore, and Poland, I’ve witnessed the universal threads that bind us. While our languages, traditions, and beliefs may differ, at our core we all long for peace, health, and meaningful connection, to love and to be loved. This shared humanity is what guides my work and what matters most.

Guidance and Support

I have spent the past two decades supporting people in some of life’s most tender and complex moments. From prisons, homeless shelters, halfway houses, and suicide hotlines to hospices, social service agencies, corporate settings, private practice, and yoga studios, I have had the privilege of witnessing the full spectrum of the human experience. These spaces have shaped not only my clinical skill, but my deep reverence for resilience, vulnerability, and transformation.

Through this work, my personal philosophy has been informed by Buddhist teachings and the wisdom of the Bhagavad Gita, alongside my clinical training and lived experience. I have come to understand how pain and suffering move through the mind, body, and energetic field and what it truly takes to heal, reconnect, and remember who you are. At our core, we are not broken; we are powerful creators of our own lives.

“To realize one’s destiny is a person’s only real obligation.”

Journey to Integrative Wellbeing

Since 2016, I have been supporting clients as a Psychotherapist in my private practice, Tranquilty Counselling and alongside integrative teams at Glow Wellness Center and Qi Integrated Health in Vancouver, Canada. I utilize various approaches including, Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Somatic Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Psychedelic Therapy, Yoga Therapy, Chakra Balancing, Therapeutic Shamanism and Hypnosis to get to the root cause of what people are experiencing. It is through my education and training as a Psychotherapist that I have come to understand the inner workings of the mind.

Prior to obtaining my Masters degree and becoming a Psychotherapist, I was a Human Resources Business Partner in Video Games, Film, Animation & High Tecnhology for 8 years. Some of the most notable companies I have worked for are Electronic Arts, Pixar, Hootsuite, Wild Brain and Vancouver Film School.

Yoga Evolution

I began practicing yoga over fifteen years ago and completed my Registered Yoga Teacher and Trauma-Informed Yoga trainings more than a decade ago. Most recently I offered Shakti Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and Sound Healing at Local Integrative Health Clinic in Vancouver, Canada. For me, yoga is far more than a physical practice, it is a way of life and a living connection to my ancestral homeland of India.

My own healing journey led me toward yoga, psychology, counselling, spirituality, psychedelic integration, and holistic wellness. These paths are deeply woven into my work, informing an embodied approach to healing that honours both ancient wisdom and modern therapeutic understanding. This journey inspired me to create Ritual Wellness Center, an Ayurvedic wellness sanctuary bridging traditional healing practices with modern approaches to support women in restoring balance, reconnecting with themselves, and cultivating greater presence and vitality.
